Arrival and reception at the Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima. Transfer in our comfortable vehicle to the selected hotel. Accommodation. Free time for personal activities. Overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, our City Tour will be carry out to know about Lima City in its three historical times:  Pre- Hispanic, Colonial and Modern. From the bus, we will have a panoramic view of “Huaca Pucllana”, an archaeological remains composed of a pyramid of 25 meters high, which was built by Lima Culture people between 200 – 700 AC. Then we will visit Lima Historical Center: Palaces, Mansions, Churches, Squares and Balconies, which are of Colonial constructions. Ending our tour, we will move to residential and financial San Isidro zone where we have an unforgettable view of the Pacific Ocean from Miraflores District.  Come back to the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then we will go to Jorge Chávez airport to take a flight to Iquitos, the Capital of the Amazon. Upon our arrival the team will be waiting for us to transfer us to the pier in a comfortable easy – to – access vehicle (with ramp). Upon arrival at the pier, we will board our fully conditioned boat that will allow us to enjoy the trip in comfortable and safety way. We will navigate the low waters of the Amazon River, the largest in the world, and we will appreciate the exuberance of the jungle. Arrival at our lodge and accommodation.  Depending of the season, we will continue our excursión to Nuevo Perú Village where a Yagua community has established, they let us know about their customs, see their unique apparel made of palm fibers and even try their “pucuna” or blowgun used for centuries for hunting. Back to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, we will make a tour to Santa María del Ojeal farmlands where we will see some local activities as artisanal sugar cane squeeze, artisanal fishing, among others. Retorno al lodge.  At night, our senses will be awakened with a moonlight excursion in search of de Cicadas, praying mantises, owl songs, among others. Upon arrival at the lodge a delicious dinner will be waiting for us. Overnight.

During the first hours of the morning (5-6 a.m.) we will have the opportunity to observe many of the bird species that feed on the river banks or in the local produce plantations nearby. We will return for have a breakfast and then we will continue exploring the Amazon jungle on the opposite side of the Amazon where we will find the tropical rain forest.

When we cross the Amazon, we will be spectators of beautiful dolphins, main characters of fantastic tales and legends told by the river people. Box lunch. Then, we will have an entertaining afternoon learning to fish for piranhas, mojarras, lizas and other species. Back to the lodge. Free time for rest. Dinner. Overnight.

Breakfast at the lodge. In the morning, we will have our last excursion to Amazon riverside village. Return by boat in the afternoon to Iquitos and accommodation in the selected hotel. We will have the afternoon free to explore the surroundings of the city. Overnight.

Early, after breakfast, we will go to the airport to take a flight to Cusco. Arrival in the Imperial city, reception and transfer to the selected hotel. Free morning for acclimatization. In the afternoon after lunch, we will start the City Tour around the Historic Centre of Cusco. We will begin our tour in the  Cathedral of Cusco, which is undoubtedly one of the most notable colonial monuments in all America and where we can observe colonial architecture, Cusco paintings, altars, images of different saints, etc. We continue visiting Koricancha Temple; where we will appreciate its magnificence, which is still felt in those walls that it was once covered with gold. Moreover, it was an Inca military and religious centre dedicated to their divinity: The Sun. We will also know part of the 4 nearby Ruins such as Kenko; Inca shrine y Sacsayhuamán, Inca fortress full of colossal constructions surrounded by beautiful landscapes in total communion with the environment. Return to the hotel. Night off. Overnight.

Our first stop will be Chinchero Archaeological Park, a picturesque district because of its customs and crafts and where the remains of Túpac Inca Yupanqui real farm are located. Later we will visit Moray where we will find huge natural holes that were used by Inca civilization and a great potential of agricultural products and medicinal plants was developed. Immediately we arrive at the small district of Maras and “Salt Mines” that has about 2000 small wells which were exploited by the Vilcanatos and can still be exploited by the locals. At the end we will go to enjoy our buffet lunch in Urubamba town. Later, our last visit will be Ollantaytambo Fortress named like that for its huge walls; it was a Tambo or City – Lodging, strategically located to dominate Inca’s Sacred Valley; we will know about the Temple of the same name from where it is possible get impressive photos. At the appropriate time, we will transfer to the station where we will board our train to go to Machu Picchu Pueblo, known as “Aguas Calientes“. Reception and transfer at the selected hotel. Free time. Overnight.

Early, after breakfast, we will go to the bus station to take our tourist bus and arrive in twenty-five minutes to “Machu Picchu Citadel”, Inca’s Lost City, mysterious and majestic. Machu Picchu is one of the most extraordinary examples of landscape architecture in the world. Upon reaching the summit, its beautiful harmony, its impressive construction, will dazzle our senses while a delicious sensation of peace will win our spirit.

There, we will enjoy a guided tour of the main buildings of the citadel such as the viewpoint, Three Windows Temple, Main Square, Intihuatana and Ceremonial Areas, among other buildings of unique architecture and importance. At the opportune hour, return to Machu Picchu Pueblo to enjoy a Buffet Lunch. Then, transfer to the train station and go back to the City of Cusco. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Cusco.
