General Policies and Conditions

Rates: All prices detailed in our programmes are quoted in US dollars, include taxes and are valid until December 15 th, 2020. Those rates may change in circumstances beyond our control, such as long weekends, Independence Day and special celebrations in the places of visit. In case of the lodgings will be subject to changes according to the policy of each establishment.

Reservations: Reservation requests must always be made in writing and sent to us by email, indicating the number and names of passengers, identity document and / or passport, arrival and departure date, lodging requested, accommodation and language. In case of Groups must send a Rooming List, number of tickets and air reservation code.

CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES

Return payments for canceled trips will depend on the date of cancellation, so they must be made in advance and will be subject to the following penalties:

  • Cancellations before 45 days of departure: Total refund.
  • Cancellations before 35 days of departure: 70% refund of the total cost.
  • Cancellations before 25 days of departure: 50% refund of the total cost.
  • Cancellations within 15 days of departure: 20% refund of total cost.
  • Cancellations before 12 days of departure: No refund

Responsabilities: CALYPSO REPS S.A.C., declines responsibility for situations beyond our operation, such as: Force majeure events originated by social conflicts; natural phenomena; flights schedule changes by airlines or other similar events. In that case, CALYPSO REPS S.A.C will always be ready to find possible solutions to avoid the damage of our clients. Travel itineraries may suffer changes due to technical reasons or force majeure and will be previously informed.

CALYPSO REPS S.A.C reserve the right to modify or change itineraries due to the security of our clients or service success. The company assumes no responsibility for equipment damage, accidents and / or losses.

Puntuality: The passengers must be punctual with the schedules established in the itineraries, otherwise, we not responsible for tours not made, considering them as NO SHOW without the right to refund.
